We are in charge of repairing and insulating incinerators at waste incineration plants.
Because employees and partner companies communicate with each other through various events, it is an open workplace where it is easy to make suggestions.
I have been with the company for 32 years. Now I am in a position to teach my juniors the skills and experience I have accumulated so far, and I feel rewarded by seeing them grow while teaching and learning at the same time.
We have many sites on remote islands and outside the prefecture, so one of our features is that you can really feel the breadth of our network.

I changed jobs from nursing care to a completely different industry, but even though I had no experience, my seniors taught me carefully, so I was able to start with confidence.
Now, as a site manager, I make arrangements, hold meetings with the client's staff, order materials, and prepare quotations.
The key to this job is on-site investigation and planning.
In order for the craftsmen to cooperate with each other and work smoothly without waste, we do thorough site surveys and try to think carefully about time allocation.

My job is to create a working environment where employees can work safely and healthily.
Although it may vary slightly depending on the busy season and the work site, overtime hours are less than 10 hours per month on average (2021 results), allowing you to have private time.
Recently, we have introduced a "hourly leave" system that allows employees to take time off in one-hour increments to attend their children's school visits, take them to and from school, etc. This allows employees to work in a more balanced way while maintaining a good work-life balance, and is well received by employees.

Full-time employee: Monthly salary 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen
